These terms cover your use of clovermae.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.
Clover Mae is operated by EHCONSULTING LLC, 2915 Ogletown Rd, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean EHCONSULTING LLC. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract. We sell to individuals for their own use, not for resale.
We describe every item as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colors can look slightly different in real life. Sizing varies from one style to another: please check the product page and our Size guide before you order.
Product names describe a style. Where a product is called "orthopedic", "comfort" or "supportive", that describes its design, not a medical device, and we make no medical claim for it. We only state a material, a certification or an origin when our supplier documents it.
If what arrives is materially different from what its page described, our Refund policy covers you and we will make it right.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Prices, offers and availability can change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. You receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract is formed when we ship your order. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price or description was clearly wrong, when we cannot ship to your address, or when an order looks fraudulent or is placed for resale.
Discount codes have no cash value, apply only while the offer runs, and cannot be exchanged for money. We can change or end an offer at any time. An offer already applied to a placed order is not affected.
Our Shipping policy and our Refund policy form part of these terms. Please read both before you order.
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your email secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Use the site for shopping. Do not try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, copy or resell its content, upload anything harmful or unlawful, impersonate someone else, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend access if you do.
The Clover Mae name, logo, photography, text and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to display and use it to promote Clover Mae. Only send content you own and that does not break the law. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

We sometimes link to other sites. What happens there is governed by their terms, not ours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed, and some states do not allow these limits.
If your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that come out of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in a state whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be contracted away, you keep those rights.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
