This notice is for residents of California and of other US states with consumer privacy laws. It adds to our Privacy policy, which explains in full what we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Clover Mae is operated by EHCONSULTING LLC.

What we collect

The categories are listed in our Privacy policy: contact details (name, addresses, phone, email), payment and transaction information, account information, your messages to us, and information about your device and how you use the site. We collect it from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from our service providers.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your orders, process payments, handle returns, answer your messages, keep the site secure, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, where the law allows, to show you marketing and advertising.

"Selling" and "sharing" under California law

We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics tools that can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out at any time.

Sensitive personal information

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above: to manage your orders and account, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Then we delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and get a copy;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate;
• opt out of its sale or sharing, and of targeted advertising;
• appeal our decision if we decline a request.

We will never treat you differently, charge you more or give you a lower level of service for using these rights.

How to make a request

Email contact@clovermae.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like. We may need to verify your identity before we act, usually by matching the email address and an order number. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.

We answer within the time the law requires, 45 days for California residents, and tell you if we need more time.
