Our partner warehouses in China. That is the honest reason delivery takes 8 to 15 days instead of two.

How long it takes

• Packing: 24 to 48 hours after you order.
• Delivery: 8 to 15 days once your package leaves our partner warehouse.
• Door to door: usually 9 to 17 days from the moment you order.

Holidays, peak season, weather and customs checks can stretch that. Your tracking link is always the most accurate answer.

What it costs

• Standard shipping: $9.95.
• Free shipping on orders over $80.

There is no express option, and that is deliberate: on a route that takes 8 to 15 days, paying extra would not get your order there any sooner.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. The first scan can take a day or two to appear. You can also follow your order on our Track your order page.

Several items, several packages

If you ordered several items, they may travel in separate packages and arrive on different days. That is normal. Each package has its own tracking number.

Tracking has not moved?

On a journey of 8 to 15 days, a package can go several days without a new scan. If nothing has changed for 10 days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
